As a Team Lead in Client Services, Eunice keeps the wheels turning and the customer experience shining. Her days are a mix of overseeing support operations, tracking KPIs, helping her team tackle questions, and partnering with other departments to make Silverline’s services even better. No two days are the same — and that’s exactly how she likes it.
Eunice is guided by the saying, “When we’re together, even the dessert becomes the sea.” For her, it’s a reminder that teamwork and shared experiences can turn even the simplest moments into something extraordinary.
Outside of work, she’s happily outnumbered by her two energetic dogs, Auri and Luna. You might also find her with a good book, scrapbooking memories, or picking up phrases in a new language.
